Bon séjour, personnel à l'écoute et très pro Un seul bémol dommage qu'il n'y a pas de portes de sorties et entrée intermédiaire pour accéder a la plage surtout quand on est la dernière tout au bout de l'hotel, alors que l'accès à la plage et juste dernière la porte de sortie de secour, car l'hôtel et très grand et il faut toujours repartir au bout pour au final revenir au même endroit mais en passant par l'extérieur (épuisant a la longue)

Très bon Hôtel au calme. Installations piscine eau de mer +hammam super. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Arrival at reception was fairly straightforward although there were several desks and staff moving from one to another. Once started it was quickly carried out. The room was a long way from reception around 300m walk, which may concern less mobile individuals. The room was clean and adequately furnished and very clean and the daily clean was efficient and effective. Staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Plenty of parking (paying) but relatively few disabled spaces. Overall very happy with the stay, but might have been less happy with value if I had been paying full tariff.

What a shame this hotel was so disappointing! Noisy, walls paper thin, way too hot ( the air conditioning was pointless) and way too windy to open a window. The bathroom ok, but the “rain” shower pathetic! This is not a 4 star hotel!

We stayed here after fabulous stays in Trouville and Carteret so the size of the room was a bit of a shock but the terrace overlooking the sea helped The check inexperience was a bit confused with guests jumping from pod to pod to attempt to speed up the system but once receptionist was engaged it went smoothly The room was spotless and had every amenity for a short stay Breakfast was a typical buffet but excellent Many folk utilised the beach, pool and Thalassa - I am confused whether this is an upmarket Ibis or a down market thalassotherapy experience but it seems popular At £163 a night it was good value

Lovely hotel if you can avoid contact with staff. The hotel is placed in the best location, right on the beach with just a short walk into town. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The were a big let down for us. Very rude and not helpful. We returned one evening at 9.45pm and wanted a night cap. After waiting a long time at the bar no one came to serve us so we tried to connecting hotel. Still nothing. We walked back and found a a staff member who told us that bar was shut but the try the other bar so again we walked back through the hotel and it was closed too. Absolutely wasting our time. The next day we sat in the restaurant area, waiting 20 minutes to be served but again nothing. When asking a member of staff for service he replied, yes what do you want. Honestly the worst service I've had at a hotel and really put us off spending any money at the bar or restaurant. We avoided contact with the staff all together in the end. Swimming pool was quiet and relaxing. Salt water pool which I didn't realise until I opened my eyes under the water. Oops. Steam room as really relaxing too. Lots of people walking around in their robes. So it's a very relaxed place.
